Our annual breast cancer game is at

Emmaus tonight. Each year the two

teams take turns designing the teams

warm-up t-shirts and sell them for cancer

research funds. A juggling contest

between players is fun to watch and the

possibility of a shooting contest with

coaches might make America’s Funniest

Videos.

Parkland won the first meeting this year

back on October 1st, 1-0. Pressure by

both teams in the box came up empty

and tonight will be another dynamic

contest between these two longtime

rivals. Although rivals, tremendous

respect between the staffs and the

players as some of the best in the Valley

play together during the club seasons.

Both teams have qualified for post-

season play in both the upcoming EPC’s

as well as the District Tournament in two

weeks. Final seeding’s will be

determined tonight after this and other

games are concluded.

Parkland will host an EPC game, date,

time, and location will be announced

Friday after seeding meeting. Big

weekend as its homecoming for PHS with

the dance utilizing the turf field Saturday

night. Not the normal dance location,

but during COVID, a great way to make

sure the student body gets to enjoy this

weekend’s activities. Be smart – be safe.

Goal$4Dreams will once again

be the main source of fundraising for charity. PHSGS has raised $89,967 in the past 5yrs and the players goal is to reach $100,000 this season. The campaign continues to move forward as players have received pledges of $8,750. Keep telling the story!
