Step 2 - Verify bracket is vertical. Attach mounting bracket to gallery panel face using (4) #8 x 7/8” Hex head screws.

Step 1 - With gallery panel lying flat or on side edge, align mounting bracket with pilot holes on bottom of gallery panel. Attach to bottom edge using (2) #8 x 7/8” Hex head screws.

Note: Gallery panels can be installed before or after Abound panels are connected. HON recommends attaching a single spine panel to each gallery panel before connecting entire spine together. (See examples below...)

Recommended process

If off-modular setup is specified, measure spine location from end of panel.Use center slot to align mounting bracket.

Single-Sided (L) Dual-Sided (T)

Note: Connector kits attach to sets of pilot holes found on the bottom of each gallery panel. End holes are used when installing single-sided (L) applications; middle holes are used for dual-sided (T) applications. Installation of the connector kits is the same for all hole locations.

Step 3 - Before attaching gallery panel to spine, the Plastic Leveling Block must be removed and Spacer Brackets must be added to spine panel. All 4-hole pattern connector locations under the height of the gallery panel that do not get covered by the Mounting Bracket require a Spacer Bracket. Individual brackets can be hinged apart by hand and mounted to panel using (2) #10 x 3/4” Hex head screws.

Step 4 - Place spine panel over mounting bracket. Upper flanges of bracket extend into the electrical pass-through slot of spine to align panel heights. Once fully-seated, attach spine panel to gallery panel with #10 x 2 1/4” Flathead wood screws through connector holes of spine frame. Quantity will vary with gallery panel height.

Step 5 - Lift finished assembly onto glides and level. Installation is now complete.

each block to frame with (1) #10 x 3/4” Hex head screw. For best fit, alternate left/right screw location with each block.

Step 3 - Snap trim pieces over connector blocks. Trim aligns to bottom of raceway or panel foot. Trim must be installed to both sides of blocks in all applications.

Flathead wood screws.

Note: Top bracket covers slotted standard holes. If setup requires an adjacent overhead storage unit, attach top bracket 15” from gallery panel top edge.

Step 3 - Flip gallery panel onto glides. Attach top connector bracket to inside edge of gallery panel with (6) #10 x 3/4” Flathead wood screws. Align top edge of bracket 1/2” away from the top edge of the gallery panel, as shown.

Step 2 - Finish attaching connector bracket to inside edge of gallery panel with (6) #10 x 3/4” Flathead wood screws. Keep bracket centered for proper alignment.

Worksurface Connections

Note: Worksurfaces can connect to gallery panels with a Cantilever bracket or an L-Tower bracket. Method is dependent on application specified.Step 1 - Install Cantilever(s) into spine at desired height; attach

corresponding worksurface (see Abound Installation Instructions for details).

Cantilever Method

L-Tower Bracket MethodNote: Use of level is required when connecting worksurfaces with L-Tower bracket. Spine and gallery panels must

be level before worksurfaces are installed. All L-Tower bracket applications require additional panel-mounted support to set worksurface height.

Step 1 - With worksurface lying upside down, attach L-Tower bracket and other supports to bottom face. Install L-Tower bracket 3” away from outer edge and flush with gallery panel edge using (3) #8 x 1/2” Hex head wood screws.

Note: Worksurfaces with unsupported spans of 60” or greater require two L-Tower brackets.

Step 2 - Using a 1/4” drill bit, add two holes to Cantilever in approximate locations shown below. If connecting to both faces of a mid-run gallery panel, offset holes to prevent screw interference.

Step 3 - Attach Cantilever to gallery panel using (2) #8 x 7/8” Hex head wood screws. Installation is now complete.

Step 2 - Mount worksurface to panel-mounted bracket. Step 3 - Using level along back edge of worksurface,

adjust support leg glide until surface is flat; attach to gallery panel using (4) #8 x 1/2” Hex head wood screws.

CreateGallery to Gallery Connections - L & T Return Panels

Overview: Gallery Panels may connect to one another with the use of “L” or “T” RETURN panels. Gallery Return panels OVERLAP the edge of a PARENT panel, which may be any standard Gallery Panel or another Return panel. Return panels may be equal or shorter in height to the parent, but not taller.

Installation of Return panels requires template model HRVGTGG (packaged separately).

“L”Right

“T”Symmetric

“T”Nonsymmetric

Note: Gallery Panels may connect in “L” or “T” applications. “L” panels may face left or right, “T” panels may be symmetric or nonsymmetric; below are examples of each. All gallery to gallery variations install in a similar way.

Step 1 - Add pilot holes to edge of Parent panel using template HRVGTGG. Place template around edge, pressing upwards against bottom surface to ensure correct vertical alignment of Panels. Using 1/8” drill bit, add pilot holes approximately 1” deep into bottom four holes, and top hole that matches Return panel height.

******IMPORTANT******Do not drill all holes in Template.

Add hole that correlates toReturn Panel height only.

Laminate Storage Connection (Closed Back Units)Step 1 - Position the unit against the gallery panel and level as needed.Step 2 - Open door if necessary and drill pilot holes in the back of the unit. HON recommends that holes should be positioned

underneath shelves and near the tops of the unit where they will not be as visible. Using the pilot holes as guides, attach the storage unit to the gallery panel using (4) #10 x 1 1/2” Pan head screws.
