Ful l control during the bale formation phases enables the operator to achieve the best result in terms of per fect fodder preservat ion and maximum weight when required, as in the case of straw.

Two feeder systems designed to guarantee an ideal processing of the crops and in par t icular of those, such as clover, where leaves represent the most impor tant par t.Both systems are mechanical ly integrated with the pick-up to ensure a steady and even crop feeding act ion, excel lent balance and lower power consumption. Maintenance is reduced to the minimum thanks to the presence of rol ler bearings.al l these features are par t icularly appreciated in the exclusive Double Rake Feeder, yet another unique system, designed to achieve maximum output whi le safeguarding par t icularly del icate and valuable crops.

TECHNOLOGY AND PRODUCTIVITY

The ga V range of fers three pick-up versions, al l belonging to the new generat ion and featuring the exclusive internal drive system that guarantees an increased picking width as wel l as reduced overal l frame dimensions. Even i f f i tted with an XL pick-up, the baler can circulate on road with the pick-up wheels instal led. This new exclusive drive system also of fers advantages in terms of reduced mechanical load on the pick-up components, providing greater device ef f ic iency and durabi l i ty. al l p ick-ups are equipped with t ine bars mounted on bearings to provide great rel iabi l i ty and reduced maintenance.

The L pick-up has a picking width of 200 cm. It is equipped with 4 tine bars mounted on bearings and side augers integrated into the pick-up frame for perfect feeding and ideal bale shape. The L pick-up is generally combined with the rake feeder (standard or double, depending on the version) on the ga V6 Farmer silver or Gold or the ga V8 silver models.

L PICK-UP

The XL pick-up has a maximum picking width of 220 cm and is equipped with 5 t ine bars mounted on bearings and integrated side augers. These features guarantee high per formance levels with al l crop types. Large swaths are no chal lenge thanks to a very ef f ic ient and uniform crop feeding act ion.

XL PICK-UP

This pick-up combines the advantages of the XL model with an exclusive auto-levell ing system that provides high per formance and picking accuracy in the most demanding f ie ld condit ions, be it on f lat, uneven or slope grounds.

SHORT CROP PLATE WITH CROP PRESS ROLLER

The shor t crop plate with rol ler crop press is f i tted as standard equipment on al l versions with SuperCut and powerCut systems providing a steady crop f low to suit the cutt ing mechanism, reducing the r isk of clogging and easing productiv ity. The rol ler crop press is avai lable as opt ion on prof i versions.Other baler models are equipped, depending on versions, with a shor t crop plate or a t ine crop def lector.

The new 2-twine binder is ful ly electronic and al l funct ions can be programmed direct ly from the bale monitor. Twine is act ively in jected into the pressure chamber to achieve a secure binding act ion in al l condit ions. The operator can select the amount as wel l as the spacing of twine. The process is engineered to have more twine on the edges and at centre of the bale where the two twines overlap for per fect results with dry and britt le crops.The posit ion of the binder on the baler is an impor tant aspect as it provides easy access for inspection and for the replacement of twine bal ls.

The new ful ly electronic automatic net wrap binder can be direct ly programmed by means of the control monitor. The ample net intake area and the feeding system enable the net to be appropriately stretched to achieve ideal bale coverage, therefore providing ideal storage condit ions or per fect ly stable f i lm wrapping. professionals within the sector prefer this very rel iable and fast wrapping system due to its enormous advantages in terms of t ime and wrapping material saving.Great autonomy due to the possibi l i ty of storing on board up to three net rol ls using the optional spare net rol l holder.

The aBM (alpha Bale Monitor ) and the LBM (light Bale Monitor ) control units, instal led respectively on the Ga V6 / Ga V9 Industry / prof i and the Ga V6 Farmer / Ga V8, control and monitor al l funct ions of the new electronic binder (for example: the binding mode and material, the quantity of net and twine, etc) in addit ion to al l other baler funct ions. The operator can select and control al l these commands in ful l ease and comfor t from the tractor cab. In addit ion, the aBM version can control bale density as wel l as SuperCut and powerCut funct ions.

al l SuperCut and powerCut models are equipped with the “drop Floor” hydraul ic crop clearing device. In case of crop blockages in the rotor area, the operator can act ivate the system, in ful l comfor t and safety, from the tractor cab and without crop loss.The f loor wi l l be hydraul ical ly lowered to al low rotor to feed crop through.

The superCut system is based on a double- lobe rotor for par t icularly ef f ic ient crop feeding and on 14 knives to achieve a theoret ical cut length of 7 cm. Each knife is indiv idual ly protected from foreign objects to ensure accurate cutt ing in al l condit ions. as a f inal result, bales have a higher density, result ing in higher si lage qual i ty, and are easier to break up for ful l ease in crop feeding out.
