Issue: HCA Relationship with Tribes and American Indian Health Commission (AIHC)

- New Tribal Consultation Policy with merger of Health Care Authority (HCA) and Medicaid Purchasing Administration (MPA)

- Framework for how HCA will continue to work with AIHC

•Medicaid/CHIP State Plan and waiver tribal advisement

Timeline: 1 July and ongoing

- Yearly meeting with Tribal leadership- Quarterly Meetings with AIHC Executive board- Workgroups developed as needed to address topic/issue
