1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Cigniti has a dedicated ERP testing practice that has developed test processes, methodologies, design &

execution techniques, framework & utilities to offer services across the lifecycle of ERP programs,

implementation, roll-out and upgrade. This CoE has test assets for major ERP packages such SAP, Oracle

E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, MS-Dynamics, Infor, Workday, Lawson etc. The ERP testing practice also has

expertise in CRM applications like Salesforce.com, Siebel CRM etc. Our domain expertise adds that cutting

edge to our ERP testing. Our subject matter experts are well versed in testing changes to existing

applications, business processes, and interfaces with legacy / third party applications.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND BENEFITS

Cigniti adopts the latest industry standards, best practices and methodologies to provide comprehensive

and effective testing on ERP application. Cigniti’s ERP testing services analyse, automate, standardise,

establish and accelerate QA for ERP applications. Our testing and validation solutions span across the

length and breadth of ERP Packages including SAP HANA, Hybris, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Siebel,

Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics, Workday, Lawson, RedPrairie . We have a dedicated team

of testers with rich experience in industry standard tools for test automation [HP UFT, IBM Rational

Functional Tester (RFT), SAP Test Acceleration and Optimization (TAO), VSTS], performance testing (HP

• Integration Testing – To ensure comprehensive testing, the behavior of the systems, interfaces

and the software upon integration has to be tested. Led by a team of career testers, ERP Subject

Matter Experts and certified professionals, Cigniti performs comprehensive integration testing

to ensure end to end business process flow is covered. Use cases and scenarios that cover the

major functional aspects of the application under test are prioritised to ensure comprehensive

functional validation is in place.

3. SERVICE DETAILS a. DETAILS OF THE LEVEL OF BACKUP/RESTORE AND DISASTER RECOVERY THAT WILL BE PROVIDED

Disaster Recovery is a part of Cigniti’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP). Cigniti’s BCP is a single framework covering all functions to ensure consistency. The BCP is tested and assessed periodically according to business priority. Cigniti identified all critical services, utilities, functions and components and built redundancy where necessary. As part of the BCP,

• Cigniti maintains 5-10% of business IT assets/resources such as servers, desktops, internet bandwidth, UPS capacity, network capacity, etc. as a buffer at DR site

• Cigniti has redundant internet service providers each with a 99.9% uptime SLA. This ensures 24x7 network uptime.

• A full backup is taken weekly and incremental backups on a daily basis covering critical business/project data. Project specific backup can be accommodated as per requirements of the MSA.

• Cigniti's facility is equipped with power generator and with a redundant UPS backup

• CISCO 5520 Adaptive Security Appliance configured with IDS system in Inline Mode, which would route each packet to the AIP-SSM module for analysis.

• Intrusions, if any, are addressed through a formal incident management procedure. Each intrusion will be categorised and analysed for its source, status (active or inactive) and its affected area.

• Cigniti has enabled a gateway Antivirus with endpoint security. Business Continuity Framework

Cigniti is the world’s first Independent Software Testing Services Company to be appraised at CMMI-SVC v1.3, Maturity Level 5, and is also ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certified.

Information security is a critical part of Cigniti’s BCP. Risk assessments are regularly conducted to ensure that the BCP is feasible and effective. Business continuity plans are integrated with information security controls to ensure a structured and managed approach to restoring business functionality.

b. ONBOARDING AND OFFBOARDING PROCESSES/SCOPE As an organisation, Cigniti follows a four step onboarding process includes corporate induction,

training, skill assessment, awareness and compliance to Non-compete and Non-Disclosure

Agreements. Offboarding includes deactivation of access to Client Data, test data, test assets, test

environment and debriefing.

As part of project based onboarding, Cigniti’s professionals are oriented to the project requirements as specified by the client. The onboarding includes awareness and compliance to the CLIENT’s organisational standards, the point of contacts, agreed communication models and performance assessment criteria. As part of project based offboarding, Cigniti’s professionals undergo a debriefing session in collaboration with the CLIENT. The offboarding process includes standard handover of confidential information, test data and other project related information to the CLIENT. Debriefing

includes deactivation of access to project modules, test assets and other components as specified by the client. The debriefing is followed by a Project Closure Report, which consolidates the status of deliverables and is communicated to the CLIENT for acknowledgement.

Cigniti defines service levels for individual clients dependent on their specific needs as defined in

the SOW.

e. FINANCIAL RECOMPENSE MODEL FOR NOT MEETING SERVICE LEVELS To be defined in the individual SOW.

f. TRAINING To be defined in the individual SOW.

g. ORDERING AND INVOICING PROCESS

Services can be ordered through the placement of a purchase order; our expectation is that as

this is a Lot 3 service an agreed SOW will be developed to define the deliverables. Unless

otherwise set out in the SOW, Cigniti will invoice the client for all fees and reimbursable items

payable monthly in arrears. The client will pay each invoice within thirty (30) days of the date of

such invoice, provided that the client may withhold payment of invoiced amounts disputed in

good faith pending resolution of such good faith dispute.

h. DATA RESTORATION / SERVICE MIGRATION Cigniti transfers the test data and all relevant data to the CLIENT at the conclusion of the service.

The backups are deleted.
