A practicing business psychologist for 15+ years, Laura continues to forge a great track record in creating 'ah ha' moments, whether in 1:1, team or large scale situations. Her work spans continents, sectors & organisations (including IBM & Unilever).

The breadth of Ana’s experience is somewhat in part to her 18+ years spent working with the BBC, as a journalist turned OD expert. She’s designed, facilitated and managed programmes from small senior teams, to compliance-led training for 16,000 journalists.

Our resident corporate sustainability expert, Mark has 27 years of experience in Shell where he has been recognised as a key player and architect of Shell’s sustainability journey. In addition to his consulting work, he sits as an advisor to the WBCSD.

22 years in the consulting field ranging from large firms (PwC) to boutique consultancies provides Tim with an innate ability to understand how people tick when working alone or together in pursuit of their objectives and dreams.

Cari is one of the founders of Future Considerations and has 15+ years corporate and consulting experience, producing powerful results with firms like PwC, HSBC, KPMG, & several local UK authorities and NGOs.

Working as both a client project manager and the human resources officer for the business, Angela ensure that the operations of the company run smoothly. She has just graduated from her second degree in Psychology.

Now an independent consultant, Nick is using his 30 years of dealing with change and OD in Shell to the benefit of his current clients. He has a natural flair for working with project teams to drive performance through innovation.

After 20 years of industry experience, Rowan has been consulting since the mid-90’s with an applied passion for whole-system approaches and creative complexity-development. He is technically qualified in over 20 different development approaches.

After finishing working with PwC to establish sustainable strategies in 2001, James has been working with multiple consultancies and has accumulated 15+ years experience. He is currently based in New Zealand.

An American by birth and an organisational psychologist by trade, , Vyla has been working with organisations for over 20 years, systemically diagnosing roadblocks in organisational performance.
