Enthusiastic & communicative skillsVision must be perceived by others by making time to talk in a passionate way to all stakeholders, esspecially employees and customers and to listen to them and thank them for their efforts and input.

Be open to comments and questions and continue develop yourself. Tell the key message and the goal over and over. Draw the path from present to future and convince people that the vision is achievable and that they, together, can get there. Be aware of other people's emotions and know that leadership is to let people grow.

The task of the leader is to ensure that nothing hinders the desired performance. Substantially in doing so: self-knowledge and service to needs, strategy and objectives of the organization by inspiring the team and motivate to achieve those goals.
