THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS EARN A SPOT ON THE TRIP: o Top 100-point earners who began the contest on June 18, 2018 as a Regional Consultant or below, as well as individuals who signed up as a Consultant after June 18, 2018. o Top 50-point earners who began the incentive on June 18, 2018 as an Executive Consultant through Presidential Director. o Top 40-point earners who began the incentive on June 18, 2018 as an Ambassador or higher. The top 10 Contestants from each Rank Category at 11:59 p.m. CT August 31, 2018, will become “Fast Starters” and automatically qualify for the trip.* HOW TO EARN:

• Keep an eye out for additional ways to earn points such as registering for the trip early, registering for and attending the Regional Success Summits, and more.

BONUS POINTS:• NEW: Be registered for the Anaheim or Dallas Success Summit by August 31, 2018 11:59 p.m. CT to receive 1,500 trip points. Note: Can earn up to 3,000 trip points for registering and attending both Success Summits. • If you attended the 2018 Dallas National Convention, an extra 2,000 bonus points will be applied towards your qualification.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:• A trip for you and a guest (18 years or older) to South Florida, February 10-13, 2019. • 3-night stay at the Hyatt Regency at Coconut Point Resort and Spa.• Zurvita will have a travel company reach out to winners who choose to fly after final trip earners are announced. Please do not book airfare on your own. There will be an air-travel allowance up to $400 per person ($800 per couple.) See travel expense rules for full details.

RULES• It is mandatory for a Consultant to pre-register for the incentive trip by November 30, 2018 to qualify. *This includes Consultants who become “Fast Starters”. Registration will be available by September 1, 2018.• In the event of a tie, a tie breaker based on the highest number of personally enrolled Consultants with a Starter

Pak during the incentive period will determine the winner.• Newly enrolled Consultants who are placed will give points to the original Sponsor, while Wellness Pak Renewals

and Team All-Star points will credit their Placed Enroller (via Zurvita Compensation Plan). If a new Consultant is Place Enrolled under another Consultant, Renewal and Team All-Star Points earned by the original Sponsor will be moved to the new Placed Enroller.

• Business Consultants who upgrade with a Starter Pak within the same month they enrolled as a new Consultant will yield points.

• Customers who upgrade to a Consultant will not generate points. • Team All-Stars are not counted if the Consultant enrolled prior to June 18, 2018 or achievement of Team All-Star

occurs after November 30, 2018. • Guests under 18 years old cannot attend. Winners cannot bring another active Consultant as a guest unless

they are a spouse/significant other or immediate family.

Available to Consultants in all open Zurvita markets. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to attend. Must be active and in good standing at the time of the trip to be able to attend. Spouse accounts are not eligible per section 3.11 household Zurvita policy in the Policies and Procedures. Zurvita, Inc. reserves the right to modify terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Fabricated accounts and placed orders through fabricated accounts will be suspended from Zurvita without pay. Zurvita reserves the right to disqualify a Consultant from the incentive if they are paying for other Customers or Consultants orders. IP addresses, shipping addresses, billing addresses and credit cards will be tracked to prevent fraud. Trips won through this incentive are non-transferable. There is no “cash” option for this incentive. Due to the booking policy of the hotel/activities, those who have registered to attend must cancel by December 31, 2018 or will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from your commissions. All winners must sign waiver to be able to attend. Travel Expense Rules: For incentive winners who are driving to host hotel, Zurvita will reimburse 25 cents/mile up to $500. Mileage will be determined by Google Maps from home address to host hotel. Reimbursement will be paid with the February Residual Commission run, which will be paid March 15, 2019. Travel will be arranged by January 10, 2019. If flight expenses exceed above travel allowance ($400 per person/$800 per couple,) you will be given the option to pay via credit card or residual commissions. Winners whose accounts are based in Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia will receive a travel allowance of up to $550 per person ($1,100 USD per couple.) For international travel, Zurvita may send official invitation for visa purposes.
