CITY OF COLLEGE STATIONFUN FOR ALL PLAYGROUND
• Budget Summary– Estimated Total Project Budget: $3.5 - $4 million– Project Steering Committee made up of Service Organizations,
College Station Parks and Recreation Staff, and interested Citizens to spearhead the Capital Campaign
– The Playground will be built in phases, depending on successful fund raising efforts
– City of College Station funding allocated toward the project would come out of the Parkland Dedication Park Zones “C” and “3”.
– College Station Parks & Recreation responsible for long term O&M; Costs supplemented by ongoing donations to a dedicated fund specifically for the inclusive playground.

Design, Engineering, and Construction Bid Documents: Spring 2016
– Request for Construction Bids – Phase 1: Summer/Fall 2016
– Approval of Construction Contract: Fall 2016– Construction of Phase 1: Winter/Spring 2017
