The company was established in Geraldton WA in

2006 by founder and current Managing Director Mr

Mark Westbrook whose current team worked together

previously for over a decade at regional fuel provider

Sovereign Petroleum. After divestment of Sovereign to BP

this allowed the team to concentrate on the niche areas of

both fuel management services and tank hire and hence

Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go was born.

The company has experienced unprecedented growth

ever since with particularly heavy involvement in the

mining and resource sector servicing remote locations.

Employees now number approximately 150 people across

eight locations Australia wide.

The hire fl eet has grown rapidly and is now in excess of

1,500 assets and includes; fuel tanks, mobile fuel trailers,

dangerous goods stores, spill containment grates, spill kits,

emergency showers, eye wash stations, AdBlue, fi ltration,

desiccant vents, solar options and lube dispensers.

As well as hire services, all manner of fuel management

solutions are undertaken including; scheduled and non-

scheduled repairs and maintenance, testing, compliance,

meter certifi cation and/or calibration, specialist road tanker

repairs, site rehabilitation and emergency response.

Full facility management of fuel assets is also regularly provided

at terminals, storage and satellite locations as well as fuel

bunkering over water with a number of personnel working

permanently within our customers’ on-site fuel facilities.

The dedicated projects division provide solutions from

concept and design through to installation for a turn key

solution. The projects division comprise of engineers, drafts

people, HSSE and QA controllers.

tank and equipment hire to the hydrocarbon market

and continue to provide fl exible and innovative fuel

management solutions for all our customers large or small.

The hire proposition as opposed to an outright purchase

or a long term lease commitment has given customers

the opportunity to reduce the need for upfront capital

expenditure (CAPEX) and now instead, undertake a

monthly operational cost (OPEX) instead, similar to the

regular monthly purchase of fuel. Customers simply hire for

as long as they need to with no long term commitments

or capital outlay required.

The hire fl eet has grown rapidly and is now in excess of

1,500 assets and includes; fuel tanks, mobile fuel trailers,

dangerous goods stores, spill containment grates, spill kits,

Tank Fleet - Overview

The Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go modular tank farm is another recent innovation providing all components required to establish large onsite fuel storage and dispensing solutions.

Quickly and easily transportable, site ready, fully modular with the ability to adjust capacity quickly, modular tank farms provide heavy and light vehicle refuelling points, unloading bays, emergency shower and eye wash stations and spill kits – all for hire.

When you are talking tank hire, talk to us with a wide range to suit your requirements.

The smaller self bunded or double skinned ranges from

Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go include the T1, T2 and T4.5. and are

ideal for smaller fuel requirements such as generators as

an external fuel storage tank, or connect a 240V, 24V, 12V or

solar pump for product transfers.

This range is easily transportable with forklift pockets, lifting

lugs, and can be stackable.

The T10 self bunded tank is the next option in the range and

is extremely popular as a light vehicle refuelling unit and for

larger fuel deliveries demanded by suppliers, especially to

remote locations.

The T10 can also be utilised at the same time to supply smaller

engines and generators etc. removing the need for additional

fuel storage tanks. The T10 can be easily transported when

empty with lifting lugs and is tilt tray skiddable.

A wide range of optional extras can be fi tted across the

hire fl eet as required and Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go are happy

to discuss your individual requirements. Tailor made

fuel management systems are available for the eff ective

tracking of fuel. This can include tank gauging, fi ltration

and FMS. Fuelfi x can also add fronst security doors for

added security when needed.

The T200 is the biggest self bunded fuel tank on the market with a safe fi ll of 200,000lt. and is a breakthrough in hydrocarbon storage. Conceived and designed by Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go and manufactured in Australia, the T200 is quickly transportable, site ready, operational, fully modular and reusable.

It occupies a signifi cantly smaller footprint than comparable solutions. Incorporating internal submersible pumps, the unloading and dispensing equipment are housed in a separate, bunded dispensing enclosure.

The cylindrical range of self bunded tanks includes the T30,

T55, T70, T110 and T200 with the round design elevating the

tank so inspection and maintenance programmes can be

easily carried out. Rainwater runs off as no surfaces are fl at.

No costly and time consuming concrete bunds are required

and the tanks sit easily on any level compacted ground

and when used in conjunction with spill grates, accidental

spillages to ground can be eliminated and fully contained.

The ladder fully enclosed in a cage and work platform allows

safe working practise. Dry chemical fi re extinguishers are

conveniently located near to the working area.

This range is fully modular allowing storage capacity to

be quickly and easily added or removed as required. Tanks

are transported as site ready as possible minimising onsite

time. Typical installation is ‘plug and play’ –that is quick and

easy without the need for cutting and welding.

The front cowling area in the T30, T55, T70 and T110 is self

bunded and prevents accidental spills doing to ground. All

have a removable skid pump module (SPM) so individual

parts or the whole front unit can be easily removed for

servicing. The T200 has its own fully enclosed dispensing

system.

The T30 has superior capacity but is narrow enough to fi t

into a confi ned area. The T55 and T70 off ers a larger holding

capacity. Both can be easily transported and offl oaded

onsite when empty via a tilt tray truck and has lifting lugs.

The T110 is commonly used in tank farms with a number in a

master and slave confi guration. The most recent addition to

the fl eet is the T200 with double the capacity off ers a quick,

fl exible and reusable solution versus permanent vertical

storage options. Both the T110 and T200 can be transported

by road and quickly lifted into position onsite by crane.

Speciality Equipment - Overview

Our additional range provides a quick, safe and secure solution when handling, storing and dispensing fuels and lubes.

The Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go 1,200lt self bunded mobile fuel

trailer provides a safe, reliable and self-contained mobile

solution for safe loading, transport and delivery of fuel and

come with either a diesel or a solar powered unloading pump

option. The self bunded design means the tank has two

containment skins so it is less likely for both to fail. Trailers are

fully compliant with Australian Design Rules (ADR) regulations

and come with a 32lt spill kit allowing safe containment and

clean-up to be undertaken if a spillage occurs.

The dual axle trailer construction is easy to tow and

balanced even when fully loaded with steel leaf spring

suspension providing a smooth ride over rough terrain or

at highway speeds.

A fully retractable 10m hose with auto shut off nozzle and

amber fl ashing warning light provides a safe and easy refuelling

solution. All pumping equipment is front mounted and

protected in a bunded containment area with a drain point.

A larger self bunded 2,000lt mobile trailer is also available

on request.

Traffi cable spill grates provide site protection from

accidental spillage and provide a safe hard standing area

underfoot in particularly high traffi c zones directly in

front of refuelling areas and provide a range of HSSE and

environmental benefi ts.

The Speciality equipment range from Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go off ers better on-site HSSE management and security. For example, lube dispensers can be positioned on a spill grate or located within a lockable DG container.

Spill grates can also be interconnected and placed around equipment and high traffi c areas creating a safe bunded and level hard standing surface whatever the weather.

They are easy to stack and transport, are modular and bolt

together quickly as required on any level dirt site. Other

applications include use with a single skinned tank creating a

s̀elf-contained’ bunded area or in an extremely sensitive area

as another spillage barrier.

Fuelfi x off er ad blue self bunded storage tanks ranging

from 1,500Lts up to 50,000Lts with varying dispensing options

for the newer model vehicles requiring this product. With the

self bunded option the units are quickly able to be transported

and commissioned on site for a quick easy turnkey solution.

Whether it be for retail or commercial application Fuelfi x can

tailor an ad blue solution for your needs. (Attachment 5).

With clean fuel becoming an increasingly relevant topic

Fuelfi x has a range of fi ltration and desiccant breather

options to suit your application. Whether it be for a hose on

a bowser through to a 200,000Lt tank with high fl ow nozzles

we can tailor a solution best fi t for you.

Hydrocarbon products are deemed as dangerous goods

(DG). This entails storage within an enclosed, vented and

designated bunded area to contain any accidental spillage.

Another consideration is site security. Size, weight and safe

handling of these items also need to be considered with

transport by pallet and forklift a popular solution. The Fuelfi x

& Tanks2Go 10ft. or 20ft. Dangerous Goods containers are

custom built and fully compliant with Australian standards,

vented, fully lockable and mobile.

Fuelfi x also off er a range of lubricant dispensing 20ft DG stores.

Able to dispensive up to 6 1600Lt pods, 1 20Lt grease with

2,000Lt storage capacity, this unit will suit most applications.

An innovation to the Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go self bunded 1,200lt mobile fuel trailer is the successful introduction of a solar pump powered model which is self-priming, quiet to operate, free from emissions and requires very little in the way of maintenance.

Speciality Equipment - Overview

Shower and emergency eye wash station facilities are

provided by Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go in a portable combination

unit which is totally self-contained with the ability to be

located on-site close to any potentially hazardous location

with immediate rinsing or wash down of eyes, face or body

acknowledged as signifi cant for successful treatment.

Fuelfi x can provide a wide variety of Fuel Management

Systems for fuel usage recording. Systems can be confi gured

to the site requirements and can incorporate items such as

wireless modems for remote data access and also include

automatic tank gauging. Each system will come with a user

tag to access fuel to prevent theft of fuel.

Fuelfi x can off er a raft of diff erent tank gauging systems.

Depending on your requirement we can supply a specifi c

model or suggest a best fi t solution including options for

remote site connectivity and or integration with a fuel

management system. With our highly skilled petroleum

fi tters to install this makes reading tank levels even easier.

Fuelfi x are able to assist in sourcing the correct documents

for your fuel facility. Whether it be a risk assessment or state

dangerous goods licence Fuelfi x can supply a price to obtain

the relevant documents.

Safe and effi cient handling and dispensing of lubricants can

be easily achieved with the lube dispenser. The air operated

delivery only requires an air hose connection from a standard

compressor. This unit is easily transportable even when full

with built in forklift pockets and can be situated alongside a

refuelling station or in a workshop.

Hydrocarbon spill kits are perfect for all accidental fuel and

lube spillages. They can be provided in wheelie Bins for more

permanent location or a portable carry bag. They typically

include; sausage soakers, absorbent pads and powder and

bags for safe disposal of contaminants. All contents can be

restocked as required.

Safe Load Program

The Safe Load program™ (SLP) initiative promotes and

supports the safety of people, equipment and facilities

under the operational control of member companies – Shell

Australia, BP Australia and Caltex Australia.

Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go are an approved inspection location

and provide inspection services for bulk fuel carriers that

require access to participating oil industry facilities. The

aim of the Pass-2-Load program is to ensure that bulk fuel

road tankers regularly complete a set of Oil industry `best

practice’ safety checks.

Fuelfi x & Tanks2Go also carry out specialist repairs for road

tankers and rehabilitate fuel sites.
