in meals It is usually washed

What are the properties of Fruit

Fresh and dry fruits are the natural staple food of man and give GOOD HEALTH.

They contain essential NUTRIENTS They are excellent sources of minerals,

vitamins and enzymes They are easily digested and CLEANSE the

BLOOD. They are MEDICINAL- some ailments can be

treated with fruits.

What are the effects of fruits on our body and health Replaces the water we lose from

dehydration: Fruits have lots of liquid which is mainly water, sugar and minerals, so it is like drinking healthy water it therefore replaces the water we lose from sweating and the sun. It increases urination and has low salt allowing us to clean out our system

Provide energy and assist our digestive system - Fruits have simple sugars which are easily digested and completely absorbed when we eat them which means nothing is wasted so they are very useful for sick people that need energy quickly
