Our neighbors on Trail have contacted the school about finding cigarette butts in their yards. They’ve asked that parents not smoke while wait-ing for their students to get out of school. Free Summer Day Camp: July 17-20

Summer Health Activities and Professions Explo-ration (sHaPe) is a one-week day camp program designed for current 7/8th graders to be intro-duced to the health professions.

The camp is located at GVSU's Cook-DeVos Cen-ter for Health Sciences in downtown Grand Rap-ids. Transportation is available as needed by re-quest.

Students will participate in hands-on activities that include laboratories and simulations as well as academically challenging scientific content. This is a great opportunity for students to have positive exposure to a college campus.

The program is available at no charge to stu-dents. Lunch and a light snack will also be provid-ed.

The registration deadline is April 28th and your student can receive an application from Ms. DiPonio in the main office.
