Hello District 14,
Thank you for an exciting start to a President’s Distinguished year for 2014-2015. It is my pleasure to be your
District Governor.
The whirlwind year began with Governor’s training and many, many Club Officer Trainings (COTs). Hats off to
the 97 clubs who had at least 4 officers trained. Thanks to your District Leadership team led by Lt Governor
Education & Training, DTM Renee Atkins. The Division and Area Governors are an enthusiastic team, dedicat-
ed to your success.
My vision for District 14: Chartering a Course for Success – TOGETHER.
My personal mission is to make District 14 a Safe Place to Sharpen your Skills, Connect with Others and
Achieve your Goals. The opportunity to promote success within you, your club, your Division, your District
awaits on every level.
In order for the District to be Presidents Distinguished, the clubs must be Distinguished. In order for the Clubs
to be Distinguished, the members must be reaching their personal goals.
There is something for everyone to do. We succeed together. We are a TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves
More. And then, together we can celebrate District 14 as Presidents Distinguished.
From the LGET—Renee Atkins, DTM Greetings! I am busy with Club Officer Trainings and
planning an exciting Spring Conference.
Fellow District 14 Toastmasters, we have completed the first six months of our 2014
-2015 Toastmaster year and have made a significant progress towards the goal we
set at the beginning of the year. As the Lieutenant Governor Marketing it is with
great pleasure I inform you the progress we have made so far. Thanks to our hard
working Senior Leaders, Division Governors, Area Governors and the members we
were able to open five new clubs during the first six months. I would like to congrat-
ulate and welcome the members of following new clubs to District 14 Toastmasters
family. I wish you all the best and I am looking forward to working with you all to
make your Toastmasters journey a successful one.

by October 10 and included additional 10-dollar gift certificates for 4 clubs for adding 5 new members beyond the base. Division Governors, Area Governors,
Club Officers and Members, I am counting on your support to make Toastmasters program available to every individual in our District. It is my intention to re-

Division C is excited...
about having their Midyear Reception, Celebration & Network-
ing Awards ceremony, entitled "Celebrate! Recognize! Network!
The purpose of this wonderful occasion is to take some quality
time: to recognize at midyear the accomplishments of individual
toastmasters and clubs in our Division: and to fellowship, bond
and network in a festive, fun environment.
Obviously, we are inspired by the accomplishments and unity of
our clubs and Division and are thrilled to celebrate such.
All are welcomed!
