ARTS ACADEMY NEWS “BELIEVER” PERFORMANCE On Saturday, our High School and Sixth Form Dance students went to The Lowry

Theatre to perform "Believer" choreographed by Sixth Form Dance student, Charlotte

Hanley, as part of the U Dance 2019 Regional finals.

The students took part in a range of creative workshops with industry professionals and

developed their own creative flair. Their performance on the stage was outstanding

and they were a real credit to the school and Sixth Form.

We now eagerly await the news to see if we have been selected for National Finals!

Mrs Renison, Head of Performing Arts.

STUDENTS ON BIKES Please remind your child that if they travel to school on a bike, it is their responsibility

to ensure that it is securely locked in the designated bike shed provided and not on

the railings outside of the school entrance. The bike shed is located behind secure

gates which are locked until 3:10pm.
