Your Divine Abilities are a form of communication. Convenience is a product of programming. We must understand HOW we have been programed. Your Divine Abilities are shown on three levels

Programming really starts in the Theta and Delta brain waves and is referred to as the subconscious.


We all have been programmed and will continue to be programmed. Ages 0-5 is the most influential ages of programming. Dr. Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D., a pioneer in the new biology, is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. A cell biologist by training, Bruce was on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine and later performed groundbreaking stem-cell research at Stanford University. He is the best-selling author of The Biology of Belief and received the 2009 prestigious Goi Peace Award (Japan) in honor of his scientific contribution to world harmony. Dr. Lipton, in his article on healyourlife.com, says, “The most influential perceptual programming of the subconscious mind occurs from birth through age six. During that time, the child’s brain is recording all sensory experiences as well as learning complex motor programs for speech, crawling, standing, and advanced activities like running and jumping. Simultaneously, the child’s sensory systems are fully engaged, downloading massive amounts of information about the world and how it works.


By observing the behavioral patterns of people in their immediate environment—primarily parents, siblings, and relatives—children learn to distinguish acceptable and unacceptable social behaviors. It’s important to realize that perceptions acquired before the age of six become the fundamental subconscious programs that shape the character of an individual’s life. During this time of accelerated learning, Nature facilitates the enculturation process by developmentally enhancing the subconscious mind’s ability to download massive amounts of information. We know this thanks to our study of brainwaves in adults and children. Electroencephalogram (EEG) readings from adult brains reveal that neural electrical activity is correlated with different states of awareness. Adult EEG readings show that the human brain operates on at least five different frequency levels, each associated with a different brain state: EEG vibrations continuously shift from state to state over the whole range of frequencies during normal brain processing in adults. However, brain frequencies in developing children display a radically different behavior. EEG vibration rates and their


corresponding states evolve in incremental stages over time. The predominant brain activity during the child’s first two years of life is delta, the lowest EEG frequency range. Between two and six years of age, the child’s brain activity ramps up and operates primarily in the range of theta. While in the theta state, children spend much of their time mixing the imaginary world with the real world. The predominant delta and theta activity expressed by children younger than six signifies that their brains are operating at levels below consciousness. Delta and theta brain frequencies define a brain state known as a hypnagogic trance—the same neural state that hypnotherapists use to directly download new behaviors into the subconscious minds of their clients. In other words, the first six years of a child’s life are spent in a hypnotic trance! A child’s perceptions of the world are directly downloaded into the subconscious during this time, without discrimination and without filters of the analytical self-conscious mind which doesn’t fully exist.


Consequently, our fundamental perceptions about life and our role in it are learned without our having the capacity to choose or reject those beliefs. We were simply programmed.”

**************** Erik Erikson was a German-American developmental psychologist and psychoanalyst known for his theory on psychological development of human beings. He may be most famous for coining the phrase identity crisis. Erik Ericson’s Psycho-Social Stages of Development states that between the ages of 0-18 months a child is learning to trust and mistrust. His theory of psychosocial development has 8 stages, with trust vs. mistrust being the first. This stage takes place from birth to one year old. The principle behind it is that as infants, we all depend on our caregivers to provide for us. As these needs are met, we develop a trusting relationship with them. If the needs are not met, we may grow up to be suspicious and mistrustful of these people and people in general. According to the theory, this first stage determines whether children trust or mistrust others.

They are You, and combine the inherited programming into a package that goes beyond your heritage. This unique combination of consciousness, which is You, is not something you can get away from. BONUS PRACTICE: Meditation of Acceptance (1) Begin by sitting in a comfortable position. If you are sitting on the ground, you may sit on the edge of a folded blanket or cushion in order to elevate your hips, so they are higher than the knees. This helps elongate the spine. (2) Take a moment to allow your body to rest and soften. Then take a few deep breaths in and out to let go of any worries. (3) Start to feel into the heart space at the center of the chest. Draw your breath into that area and allow it to soften resting in the natural flow of your breath. (4) We begin with ourselves, as it is difficult to feel acceptance for others if we cannot first practice with ourselves. Repeat the following:


May I be at ease. May I be healthy.

May I be safe. May I be free.

May I accept the full version of me.

Repeat As Needed Feel into the intentions that are expressed. Notice what sensations and feelings arise and continue to send kindness inward. (5) After directing lovingkindness to yourself, repeat the same process with the same intentions for a loved one for whom you care deeply.

May you accept the full version of you. (6) You can continue by bringing other loved ones or more distant friends, pets, or acquaintances into your awareness, generally moving from people who are closest to you and then continuing on to those that are less

Allow whatever feelings come up to be there and then draw yourself back to the essence of lovingkindness. PRACTICE: Releasing Trauma Take a moment now to find a quiet place. It can be a quiet place inside or a quiet place outside. Allow yourself now, wherever you are, to take a moment to begin to relax and to allow your thoughts to become gentle and soft. Allow your thoughts and your feelings to begin to drift like a gentle feather downwards from your head. Just


like feathers sometimes fall, you know, they go back and forth. Allow your mind, and your body, and your thoughts, and your feelings all to just begin to drift gently downwards towards your heart. Allowing your breathing to become relaxed, allowing any stress that you may be carrying in your body to be released. All of us have within us a deep sense of peace which can be very challenging to access these days, but that divine peace exists within us and within our bodies, within our energy field. So allow yourself to drift more deeply now downward towards your heart, breathing into your heart, allowing your heart to receive the divine nourishment of peace. Drifting downward, allowing your thoughts and your feelings to just be there, and allowing the vibration of divine peace to begin to strengthen inside of you. Going deeper, allowing your body to relax even more, allowing your consciousness to move downward through your body. Breathing, feeling the base of your spine, feeling your legs and feet on the earth, feeling how the earth is supporting you, feeling the support of gravity and feeling the support of those that guide you and of your soul and your larger being. Most of us feel alone, but the reality spiritually is that those that guide us are always present with us, and our soul is


always present with us ... so allowing yourself to breathe into that possibility, even if you're not feeling it, and allowing yourself to breathe into that possibility of the connection that we all have, all of us together here on the Earth. All people, all animals, plants, all life, and the Earth herself, we're all a part of the One. And allow yourself to just open to that possibility no matter how you're feeling. Breathing deeply, relaxing, feeling the love that exists within you, the love that exists in your heart and your soul. Breathing, relaxing, feeling divine peace in every cell of your body. This divine peace is an aspect of your larger being and you can call to it and ask for that to be present for you, no matter what you're experiencing in your life, no matter what stress or difficulty. Take a moment now as you're breathing to allow your consciousness to go even more deeply now, down deeply into your heart bringing an even deeper sense of relaxation, because every part of your body carries the divine template of your purpose here on the Earth. Every part of your body carries the love and the light of God. Every part of your body carries the truth of what your soul knows.


Allow yourself now to become aware of the places in your body where you may also be feeling the residues of those things that have been traumatic and difficult. There may be memories, energies, thoughts, feelings. Some may feel like you can't really go there yet but there may be other parts of you that are carrying trauma that feel like you can allow these to come to the surface just a little, just a little. Give yourself the permission within the divine safety of your soul's knowing of what you are ready for, to allow these energies of trauma, pain, those things, fear, whatever it is, memories. Whatever is possible at this moment with absolutely no judgement at all. Even if it's simply one molecule that you feel ready to release. That is amazing. Just allow whatever might be ready for your body to let go of to become conscious to you. See it in your energy field surrounded by divine safety, surrounded by those that guide you, surrounded by the realms of light, surrounded by Spirit's love, and just breathe. Breathe, and allow yourself to know the truth. Allow yourself to breathe that prayer and ask your own prayers, whatever it is that is possible for you to be freed from it at this time. Allow that to pass through you, allow your heart to breathe in the divine love and support of your soul and those that guide you. And imagine your


heart now filled with an even brighter light, an even brighter love, and even stronger vibration of your truth, your purpose, your sacred being. Allow your heart to express and open to that divine and sacred being. Just breathing now, relaxing. You could even put your hands over your heart and giving yourself the suggestion that the divine peace that is a part of your being may surround all the parts of you that have been released and healed. ✎ Notes:
