In the last six years, Northco Golf & Hospitality worked on more than 150 golf and hospitality projects. While during the last six years this has been mostly in Wisconsin and Minnesota, the company plans to branch out further.!!“We plan to expand our capabilities [ buy & sell brokerage, consulting, and management]...as well as add investment, property tax appeals and legal services to the mix”, Northco President Frank Jermusek said. "We have been asked to expand our geographical reach and plan to start working on additional projects in Iowa, Michigan and Illinois", he explained.!!Frank Jermusek went on to discuss how, during the last five years, sale and acquisition in the industry has picked up in activity.
