• First on the list is former Orioles, Braves, and Red Sox player Javy Lopez’s Suwanee mansion in Georgia.

• This beautifully landscaped brick home sits on just over 11,000 square feet and is priced for $2.75 million. With 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2 half baths, this home has more than enough space for family and friends.

• According to Kane, Lopez, “has attempted to sell it numerous times for as high as $3.5 million and as low as $2.35 million,” (Beisbol Has Been Good to These MLBers).

• Some great features of this property are that overlooks a lake in The River Club community and includes a master suite with a screened porch, a wine cellar, and a gym.

• With five bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and 2 half-baths sitting on over 16,000 square feet, the price of Bagwell’s home was said to be sold at around $12 million.

• Last on the list is Jeff Fassero’s piece of paradise located appropriately in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

• This former San Francisco Giants pitcher is selling his 6 bedroom, 8,700 square foot home for $2.35 million.

• But, the best feature on this house besides its aesthetic western exterior appeal is undoubtedly The Man Cave, which includes six television screens.
