Bhavans Middle East- A dream Bhavans Middle East- A dream realizedrealized

The idea of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in Kuwait was first

initiated by our Chairman in the year 2000. However, it

took another six years to see his dreams come true.

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan , Kuwait was started in 2006. It

was no easy task to get the approval of Bharatiya

Vidya Bhavan to start a school outside of India. This shows the focus and intense determination that

our Chairman had to maintain to achieve his goals. In

the six years since 2000 he did not change his plans to

venture out as a business man but realized his dream

of a school.

Indian Educational School is the first school of Bhavans he started in the region in September 2006 and now has a student population of over 2,500 in classes from Reception to grade 12. The school is affiliated to CBSE, Delhi.

Started with 400 children in September 2010, the school now has more than 1,300 students with over 125 teachers. A Modern State-of-the-art School Building with an area of 18,000 square feet is coming up which will have, besides classrooms, resource rooms for Language, Science, Music, Dance, a large auditorium, indoor sports courts and a cafeteria.
