1 Customs Form

1.1 Custom Form Listing

1 Click on ‘Customs Form’ Link Should display ‘Customs Form Listing’ page.

All the Custom Form (K1) will be displayed in a tabular format, sorted by latest custom forms on the top.

All the new unprocessed Custom Form (K1) will be listed under ‘New’ status.

Once Custom Form (K1) is generated it will listed under ‘Pending’ status.

If the Custom Form (K1) is only being save it will listed under ‘Saved’ status

If the Custom Form (K1) is being process and approved by Entry Point it will listed under ‘Approved’ status.

If the Custom Form (K1) is being detain by Entry Point it will maintain listed under ‘Pending’ status.

2 Click on ‘Reference Number’ link

‘Custom Reference’ page will be displayed.

3 ‘Custom Reference’ page will be displayed.

- FQC Reference Number

- Exporter Information (Code, Name, Address)

Agent has to fill the following information:

- Warehouse Code

- Remarks

- Accident

- Purpose

List of goods will be displayed in table format.

2 Click on ‘Item Number’ link Should display ‘Good Details View’ page.

3 Optional:

Click on ‘Save’ button

The Custom Form (K1) will be saved and can be allowed to submit later.

Saved Custom Form (K1) is allowed to undergo changes by the agent.

System will navigate to ‘Custom Form Listing’ page. The Custom Form (K1) will be displayed under ‘Saved’ status.

4 Click on ‘Generate’ button ‘Generate’ button will displayed after fill the information of Good Item. The Custom Form (K1) will be submitted to the Entry Point.

Once the Custom Form (K1) is submitted, Agent should not be able to modify the details.

Custom Form (K1) will be sent to Entry Point after submitting the form. Custom Form (K1) will display in ‘Custom Form Listing’ page of respective Entry Point.

And Custom Form (K1) will be displayed under ‘Pending’ status in Agent Custom Form page.

After undergoing the process from Entry Point, the Agent will be notified by the system.

1.3 View details of Good Items

1 ‘Good Details View’ page will be displayed.

Should display ‘Good Details View’ page. The following information will be retrieved from the SMK Server.

- Item Number

- HS Code

- Description of Goods

- Quantity

- Unit of Measurement

- Second Quality

- Second UOM

- No. of Packages

- Package Type

- Unit Price

- Total Price

- Import Duty

- Country of Origin

- Final Level

Agent has to fill the following information:

- Food Code

- Brand

- Date of Production

- Date of Expiry

- Batch Number

- Treatment

- Manufacturer Details (Code, Name & Address)

System will fill the default Manufacturer details from the preferences.

Agent can change the details by click on the particular goods and change the details.

2 Click ‘Back to List’ button The system will navigate to Custom Reference page.

3 Click ‘Save and Back to List’ button

The system will save the current good item and navigate back to Custom Reference page.

4 Click ‘Save and Proceed Next’ to proceed to next good item

If there is only 1 good item or the good item is last good item for the consignment, the system will navigate to Custom Reference page.

If there is more than 1 good item, the system should proceed to next good item (if more than one good items). The information of the good item will be displayed. Agent required filling in the details.

2 Completed Custom Form

2.1 Completed Custom Form Listing

1 Click on ‘Completed Customs Form’ Link

Should display ‘Completed Customs Form Listing’ page. All the custom forms will be displayed in a tabular format, sorted by latest custom forms on the top.

All the Custom Form (K1) which has been either Approved or Rejected by Entry Point will be displayed here.

Agent can check status of the submitted form.

Agent able to search Custom Form. The agent can search for records using the following criteria:

- Reference Number

- Exporter Name

- Importer Name

- Agent Name


- Custom Form Type (K1 / K9)

- Status (Approved / Rejected)

2 Click on ‘Reference Number’ ‘Custom Reference’ page will be displayed.
