This 1s an adm1nistrative openitem to document and trackaspects of the piping reviewprogram. These aspects Includethe generic port1ons of discre-pancies covered by the existingopen items (Ols) and any otherdiscrepancies not expllc1 tlycovered by existing EOIs. Alldiscrepancies ln the originalpiping designs have beenaddressed by the Diablo CanyonPro)ect Corrective Action Program(CAP) 1mplemented in August 1982.

This OI has been inlt1atedto document and track gener1caspects of discrepancies foundduring the course of the pipingrev'iew work, and to track theresolution and completion of theentire DCP CAP for p1p1ng. Itls the intention oF the DCP toclose each of the other piping-related OIs (OI No. 1, 5, 7, 9,10, 13, 15, 16, 17, 22, and 29)when resolut1on of the spec1flc1ssues ln each OI ls completed.Nhen the pip1ng rev1ew program1s complete, OI No. 37 will beclosed.
