Giving to the Church through your will is a good way to continue your support of the Church and its ministries beyond your lifetime. When your estate plan is prepared, consider including plans for a gift to the Church.

Memorial Day Prayer On this day, we remember those who have served us by protecting our freedoms. When we celebrate our long weekend with friends and family, help us remember that our freedom to speak of you, to worship you, and to do that which we ought to do have all been bought at the price and sacrifice of many lives. Your Son died for our eternal life in Heaven. So too, your children died protecting us here on earth. Help us be mindful this week-end and always of the sacrifices made by those in uniform. Amen

All artificial birth control works solely to destroy God’s gift of fertility and shows a less than total acceptance of your spouse. Therefore, we need to take the time to learn what God, in His wisdom, has provided a method of family planning that is moral and 98% effective. A Natural Family Plan-ning class will be held on Sunday, June 2nd, from 9a.m. to 12 Noon at St. Louis Parish, Batesville, in the Deanery Resource Center Building across from the church. There is a $40.00 fee for books and materials. For reservations, call or text (812)212- 4951 or (812) 212-2719.
