You and your clients:

Do you struggle with clients who:

● Cancel?● Don’t make the changes they should?● Don’t refer?● Take up more of your time?● Ask for a discount?● Can’t afford you? ● Don’t value you your time?● Arrive late?● Don’t take responsibility for their healing?

Educate your clients on the type of person who gets the best results

● Open● Understands universal laws● Believes in wishing others well● Takes responsibility for their actions● Has already made changes● Understands they play a big role in their healing● Understands that they attract you as their healer

Prepare your clients of what to expect:

● When there is clarity on what to expect in a healing session then you become a better match for your clients (similar to a dating site)

● Clarify what you specialise in

Analyse your clients beliefs to get the best results:

Do they say:

● I don’t expect it to be gone today● The Doctor said I will live with this the rest of my life● I don’t expect miracles or for it to be completely gone● My problems are from external sources● I am powerless in creating the change

Structure is Critical

6 stages | 90+ healing pathways

Page 7: Forensic Healing for Practitioners: Webinar #2 - Your Clients

Beliefs should be:

● Expect you to be part of the solution● Expect their issues to be resolved in one session● Have faith and trust in you● Speak highly of you● Know they “feel” you are the right person for their healing (there is always a message in

everything you attract)

When clients are dismissive: ● I have dealt with my childhood traumas

● I have worked on my issues and I am over them● Skate around your information● Make excuses for what has been done to them (they dismiss their abuse)

Instead:● Allow you to pinpoint their problems● Know they should have been treated better in their childhood● Agree that it there has been a problem● Keep focussed on your questions and answer honestly

Page 9: Forensic Healing for Practitioners: Webinar #2 - Your Clients

What are you saying and focussing on:● Do you repeat the things you do not want?● Do you think there are limited people who want your services?● Complain about your clients?● Realise that your clients you attract are your message?● Use FH to change yourself● If you want changes in your clients - you need to change also● Always stay in your integrity with your clients

Do You Understand Your Client?

● Do you read your client well? ● Does your client feel you understand them?● Do you make changes in your language to allow your client to feel comfortable?● Do you listen more than you speak?● Do you keep focussed on your client? (no answering phones etc)● Do ask the right questions from your client? ie exactly what they want● Some clients don’t know what they want … help them clarify what that might be● Do you educate your client as you progress through your healing?

Your Working Environment Creates Energy:

What sort of work environment do you work in?

● Take a good look at other work environments and analyse what you like and what you would improve. Does it reflect who you are? Is it professional?

● Ask for feedback from others about your work environment● Put yourself in the shoes of your client when you are visiting your working room

Exercise 2

Create a list of ways to improve your work environment

Do your fees reflect what you do?

Do you feel comfortable asking for money and what you charge?

● Feeling good about asking for money is important● Have you done the hard yards to get where you are in life?● How you feel about receiving reflects your self worth?● The amount you charge will be a reflection in the type of client you attract

Exercise 3
