Construction details and Health information

• Figures and some components are made from a white metal alloy that contains some

lead, consequently are not recommended for those under 15.

• Some models require assembly prior to use.

• Please wash you hands after construction or handling unpainted models.

• All models are supplied unpainted and unassembled.

• Crews are not supplied for vehicles or artillery unless specifically stated.

Returns Policy

• Damaged Goods

Goods that are miscast will, of course, be replaced free of charged. We will cover your return

postage cost – but only for the use of your standard national postal service (i.e. NOT courier

services) and to a maximum of the equivalent Royal Mail charge prevailing. The credit will be

issued as either a credit note or a refund as you direct.

• Unwanted returns

We accept returns of complete, unassembled items if you wish to change your mind within seven

days of receipt (i.e. from arrival date). You will receive a refund of the cost of these goods less

£1.50 per transaction which covers our costs to banks etc which are non-recoverable. Please

note such goods are returned entirely at your risk and at your expense. Force of Arms will not

refund postage (either out or on return) and cannot accept any liability for their non-arrival.
