The Airtect Leak Alarm System is a unique product which provides constant protection against plastic leak damage, either within a high value mould or at the machine injection nozzle.
It also protects against running moulds that are under/over temperature.
It gives moulders a competetive edge with less downtime and greatly reduced repair costs.
It gives early warning of a leak soon after it begins, either deep within a hot runner system or at the main injection nozzle. Location is displayed on LED or LCD Clear Text Display.
The manifold unit has a built-in temperature sensor for monitoring the mould body temperature,allowing high/low limits to be set, preventing injecting into a cold mould or overtemperature mould.
