Access: Access is superb via Jerry Smith Road, west from Arkansas State Highway 167. The property has a good internal road system in place.

Acreage: 441.0 (+/-) Total Acres Utilities: A water well is in place on the property that services both the lodge and renovated barn. Each

structure does have its own separate septic system. A security system is in place on the premises with video surveillance, which includes 3 cameras at the main lodge and 2 cameras at the renovated barn. Direct TV is currently in place for both structures.
