LOCATION

The site is allocated for residential use within Chorley’s adopted Local Plan (Ref: HS1.42), and has an indicative capacity of 17 dwellings.

Bidders will need to adhere to the Council’s affordable housing policy. 30% of dwellings will therefore need to be affordable (where bidders propose to accommodate more than 15 units on site). Community Infrastructure Levy will also be applicable and is charged at £65 per sqm (index linked).
