Success in life needs to build up your future by moving forward: If you can't fly then run.If you can't run then walk.If you can't walk then crawl. If you can't speed like a horse then never walk like a turtle. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward…Study hard, struggle hard, fight hard, combat tiredness, never be negative, and always be positive…My junior friends… Remember…the more you sweat on work, and study, the more you shorten distance, and save time to approach your goal and achieve success.

For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction: Newton’s third law of motion holds true everywhere. Last year we had reported that India is now among the fastest wealth creating nations. There are 175,000 millionaire households in India right now, which is 16th highest in the world. And Indian households having assets worth $100 million+ is 284,000. By 2018, we will be producing millionaires at an astronomical rate of 129% by the time 2018 arrives. In October last year, we had reported that there are more billionaires in Mumbai than there are in Tokyo. But, there is a sad truth as well: Indian millionaires are leaving the country at an alarming rate. As per a report by Wall Street Journal, 43,400 millionaires from India have permanently left the country to settle in Western world. In terms of millionaires leaving India, we rank next only to China, from where 76,200 millionaires have left for greener pastures. The New Money DrainThe new money drain out of India is indeed alarming and catching up quicker than we can expect. Yesterday, we had reported that India’s super rich are now increasingly buying real estate in foreign locations. India’s ultra high net worth individuals have bought 166% more real estate in foreign locations compared to last 10 years. And if we collate both of these reports, then a shocking truth emerges: The rich and super rich are buying global properties to relocate!

Mass Exodus of Rich Indians:43,400 Millionaires Have Left India in 10 Years

Although only 25% of the Indian super-rich purchase global properties for residential purposes, the rest bought it for investment related objectives, but the trend s clear. The rich are leaving India, and opting for Western countries, and it’s a disturbing trend. Where Are They Going? As per the Wall Street Journal report, rich Indians, loaded with money, are mainly opting for Western countries such as USA and UK. In fact, London was specially mentioned as one of the favorites for India’s super rich. In the last 10 years, around 114,000 super rich (with assets more than $10 million) settled in London alone from various countries, which was followed by Singapore where 45,000 new rich arrived and permanently settled. In USA, 42,000 rich migrants arrived, and Australia welcomed 22,000 super rich in the last decade. Interestingly the rich Chinese opt for Hong Kong, Singapore and Canada to settle down. Why Are They Leaving India? This, seems the billion dollar question now. Why exactly are the super rich leaving their native country, the place where they earned their money in the first place? Has the Government disappointed them? Has the business conduction rules and regulations straggled them? Do they find India under-developed and ill-equipped to handle their business acumen and style of living?

India’s other daughters

The village that plants 111 trees when a girl is born!

In a country that still favours the birth of a son, Piplantri village in Rajasthan not only embraces daughters but has created a tradition that benefits both the local people and the planet. This endearing village makes a conscious effort to save girl children and the green cover at the same time, by planting 111 trees every time a girl is born. A brilliant exercise in eco-feminism, this should inspire India and the rest of the world.

This wonderful eco-conscious tradition ensures that an increase in human population will never come at a cost to the environment. It is literally helping to ensure a greener future with each new generation. The village gathers as a community and plants 111 fruit trees in honour of every newborn female child.

Village residents collect Rs. 21,000 between themselves and Rs.10,000 from the girl’s parents. This sum of Rs. 31,000 is made into a 20-year fixed deposit for the girl.

Parents are legally bound by a signed affidavit stating that their daughter will receive proper education. The affadavit also mandates that the girl should be married only after she reaches legal age and the trees planted after her birth have been correctly looked after. The community ensures that the trees survive, attaining fruition as the girl grows up.

The villagers don’t just plant trees, they look after

them as well. To protect the trees from termites, the residents plant aloe vera plants around them. These trees, and especially the aloe vera plants, are now a source of livelihood for several residents.

This unique tradition was first suggested by the village’s former leader, Shyam Sundar Paliwal, in honour of his daughter who passed away at a young age. In the last 6 years, over a quarter of a million trees have been planted.

Villagers claim there has not been any police case here for the last 7 to 8 years.

This is a heartwarming and inspiring story that MUST be shared and replicated as much as possible across India and the world.
