2. Copy of SSC Result Card must be attached with the Admission Form.
3. The Admission Form is required to be got attested from any of the Government Officer of BPS-17 and above in Education Department/Officers of Armed Forces/Head of an affiliated institution.
4. After passing SSC-II examination, the candidates who wish to improve their marks can do so by re-appearing in any number of subject(s) of their choice of Part-I or Part-II or both the parts/entire examination as the case may be within a period of one year of passing the relevant examination. There is only one chance for improvent of Marks/Grade.
5. A candidate found guilty of having concealed any fact in Admission Form or of having made any false statement shall be debarred from appearing at the Board Examination for such period as decided by the Board.
WARNING
The Board shall have the right to reject the Admission Form of a candidate if (a) the form is not correctly filled in or any required information is lacking; (b) the form is not submitted to the Board within stipulated period; (c) requisite fee has not been deposited according to Board's schedule; (d) the candidate does not settle objections raised in accordance with the rules within specified period; (e) the candidate does not fulfill the conditions of eligibility for the Examination; and (f) the same has not been submitted within due date even though the fee has been deposited in time.
Note: Candidates who send their admission forms by post must despatch the same three (3) days before the last date, fixed for each slab of notified schedule.

2. Admission Forms of private candidates shall not be entertained without Registration Fee. 3. School Leaving Certificate (in original) must be attached, to the effect that the candidate has not been on the roll of an affiliated institution as a regular student after 31st October during the current academic year. In case of non- schooling, an affidavit to this effect is required on the stamp paper of Rs.10/- attested by Oath Commissioner (in case of local candidates) and Education Counsellor (in case of overseas candidates) and along with a copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Union Council/Municipal Committee, a copy of Passport (in case of overseas candidates).4. The Admission Form of a private candidate is required to be got attested from any of the Government Officer of BPS-17 and above in Education Department/Officers of Armed Forces/ Head of an affiliated institution. Private candidates will deposit registration fee along with their admission fee/form.5. Private candidates will submit/send their forms individually with their home address. Their forms will not be accepted through any school/academy/coaching centre in any circumstances.6. A private candidate is allowed to appear in the subjects involving practicals subject to the condition that he/she provides certificate of having done the practicals at an affiliated institution duly signed by the Headmaster/Headmistress/Principal.7. A private candidate shall not be allowed to opt for any subject/group which is not offered to regular candidates.8. A candidate found guilty of having concealed any fact in Admission Form or having made any false statement shall be debarred from appearing at the Board Examination for such period as decided by the Board.9. Permission letter for change of subject(s), combination of subject(s),cancellation of SSC-I result etc. must be enclosed with the Admission Form,if applicable.10. After passing SSC-II examination, the candidates who wish to improve their marks can do so by re-appearing in any number of subject(s) of their choice of Part-I or Part-II or both the parts/ entire examination as the case may be, within a period of one year of passing the relevant examination. There is only one chance for improvement of Marks/Grace.11. Facility of re-appearing in upto two papers of part-I along with part-II papers, is admissible for which paper(s) of part-I shall have to be indicated in the respective columns overleaf. In such cases full fee of part-I will have to be remitted in addition to part-II fee.

Admission Forms of private candidates shall not be entertained without Registration Fee.3. Copy of SSC Part-I Result Card must be attached with the Admission Form.4. School Leaving Certificate (in original) must be attached, to the effect that the candidate has not been on the roll of an affiliated institution as a regular student after 31st October during the current academic year. A candidate found guilty of having concealed any fact in Admission Form or of having made any false statement shall be debarred from appearing at the Board Examination for such period as decided by the Board.4. Permission letter for change of subject(s),combination of subject(s),cancellation of SSC-I result etc must be enclosed with the Admission Form, if applicable.5. Candidates who wish to improve their marks in SSC Examination can do so by reappearing in any number of Subject(s)/Paper(s) of their choice or Part-I or Part-II or both the parts/entire examination as the case may be, within a period of one year of passing the relevant examination. There is only one chance of improvement of marks/grade.6. School Leaving Certificate (in original) must be attached, to the effect that the candidate has not been on the roll of an affiliated institution as a regular student after 31st October during the current academic year.In case of non-schooling,an affidavit to this effect is required on the stamp paper of Rs.10/- attested by Oath Commissioner (in case of local candidates) and Education Counsellor (in case of overseas candidates) and along with a copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Union Council/Municipal Committee, a copy of Passport (in case of overseas candidates).4. The Admission Form of a private candidate is required to be got attested from any of the Government Officer of BPS-17 and above in Education Department/Officers of Armed Forces/ Head of an affiliated institution.5. Private candidates will submit/send their forms individually with their home address.Their forms will not be accepted through any school/academy/coaching centre in any circumstances.6. A private candidate is allowed to appear in the subjects involving practicals subject to the condition that he/she provide certificate of having done the practicals at an affiliated institution duly signed by the Headmaster/Headmistress/Principal.7. A private candidate shall not be allowed to opt for any subject/group which is not offered to regular candidates.8.
