For existing Voc providers - adding the HOD VocLink service

1. Go to https://secureaccess.wa.gov/ and logon

2. Select the Add a New Service tab and enter LNI_VOCLINK in the Service Code field. Hit

Apply.

3. Complete the Service Registration form and click on Register to submit.

Please note the following:

The Mainframe Logon ID is the LINIIS logon. (This is the 7-character user ID ending '235'' that was assigned to you by the department)

For the Firm Manager/Designee or Service Provider (VRC)?, the user must select one

role from the dropdown. If registering as a VRC, then must provide both the Firm

Provider ID and the Service Provider ID.

4. Once the registration is approved by L&I, the user will receive below approval email. By

selecting the link at the bottom of the email, the user is taken back to the SAW logon page.

5. When you log back into SAW, you will now see Voc Link Connect as one of My Services.

Selecting the service will open the CTS SAW homepage for HOD.

6. Click on the HOD Client button on the left side. This should open two windows:

IBM Rational Host On-Demand with the 3270 icon for LINIIS

A LINIIS TPX logon (note: if this 2nd window did not open, then double-click on the

3270 icon to open the TPX logon page)

Note: users may initially receive a pop-up requesting approval for a Java download.

They should select OK. After the brief download, the IBM Rational Host On-Demand

window should open followed a couple seconds later by the LINIIS TPX logon.

7. From this point on, the LINIIS VocLink logon process will function as it always has. Logon to

TPX. The user will then be taken to the TPX Menu. Selecting PF4 opens the LINIIS logon

page. Input the user ID and password and hit ENTER. The screen will now display SIGN ON

COMPLETE. Input LVOC in the upper left hand corner and hit ENTER.

8. The user will now be on the VMEN screen.

9. Screen access by role:

Firm: VMEN, HVPR, RVPR, RVRS, UVUR

VRC: VMEN, RVRS, UVRS

Firm/VRC: Users in the dual role will first have to choose which role to be in for the current session. To

switch to the other role, the user must end the current LINIIS session and logon again and choose the

other role.

Firm dual role: VMEN, HVPR, RVPR, RVRS, UVUR, UVRS (w/o update

capability)

VRC dual role: VMEN, RVRS, UVRS
