For 7 th Grade Students entering 2017-2018 School Year Dear Parents/Guardians, This summer there will be a summer math packet for all students entering the 7 th grade next year. Students should print out the entire packet and answer sheets. If you have any issues printing the packet, please notify the school office and we will get you a hard copy. This packet is designed to assist students to maintain their previously learned math skills. Students should complete these packets over the course of the summer. The packets have been designed to review topics that were taught to them this past school year and should be reinforced to assist students in their upcoming math program. For optimal results, it is highly recommended that they complete a portion of the packet each week rather than attempting to do the packet all at once. This will ensure that skills are being reinforced weekly and that the students do not become overwhelmed. This packet will count as the first test grade in your childs math class. It will be due on Tuesday, September 5, 2017. Students should show all work for these problems and put all answers onto the answer sheets. Thank you so much for your time and support. Have a wonderful and safe summer! Sincerely, Mrs. LaSpina 7 th /8 th Grade Math Teacher St. Gabriel School

This summer there will be a summer math packet for all students entering the 7 th grade

next year. Students should print out the entire packet and answer sheets. If you have any

issues printing the packet, please notify the school office and we will get you a hard copy.

child’s math class. It will be due on Tuesday, September 5, 2017. Students should show

all work for these problems and put all answers onto the answer sheets.

Thank you so much for your time and support. Have a wonderful and safe summer!
