At the time of Receiving: They inspect the whole Material at the

time of Receiving. They Check Quantityand Quality of the material.

If they find any defect in material then theyreject the whole lot of material at thatpoint of time only.

After they sort the material according to the

process and send it to the productionprocess.

They don’t utilize any specific equipment or machine for transferring material fromone process to other. They handlematerial manually.

Usually they have 3% Scrap of entireproduction. They sell it out to the localdealer.

They use the special machines called

“DEHUMIDIFIERS” which absorbhumidity of the leather specially duringrainy season.
