of Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) confirmed

that people do not donate due to a lack of awareness and

confidence, and the fact that civil society organizations lack

professionalism.

ITAM presented the following chart of the number of Civil

Society Organizations for every 10,000 citizens.

Our intervention model is based on 4 basic steps:

1. Research and identification of the CSOs,

2. SWOT analysis of the CSOs,

3. Strategically support the organizations in a three year capacity

building program, in agreement with all of those involved: the CSO,

FES Board of Directors, and our donors or partners; with money, time

and talent.
