The current administrative procedures of schools have shortcomings: • Pupils feel left out, if their teachers are unable to give
them as much as attention as others and if they feel they do not know about information that is relevant for them
• Parents are not up-to-date about the progress of their children, because they only receive information about their child about 2-4 times per year
• Teachers feel that they spend too much time on administration - thus lowering the amount of recognition that they receive for their teaching. Teachers typically do not know much about what their colleagues are doing.
