Open FASTrax by selecting the icon onthe desktop

Execute FASTrax Systems

FASTrax Icon

Enter the Username and Password

Open Fleet Module by Pressing F2 orClick this button

Fleet Module Transaction

This module display the list of fleetmaterials information for both Vehicle /Non vehicle.

Module is capable of adding, editing,deleting Fleet and issuing of Work Order

Creating New Vehicle

Vehicle Window will appear

Click New

Creating New Non -Vehicle

Click the key up arrow, then Non-Vehicle

Non - Vehicle Window will appear

Enter the values (red indicated textboxare required)Enter the values (red indicated textboxare required)

Then Click Save

Click Attachments & Others tab

Then Click Save

Add Information such as

- Document Attachment- Equipment / NonVehicle Attachment

Add Information such as

- Document Attachment- Other User Defined Fields

Click Attachments & UDF tab

Issue a Work Order

Then Click Issue Work Order

Select an Equipment

New Work Order Window will appearEnter the values (red indicated textboxare required)

Then Click Save

Select a repair type by checking the checkboxes

Add a Parts to be issuedAdd Laborer for repair types

Add document attachments orUser defined values

Issue a Site RFQ New Site RFQ Window will appear

Open Site RFQ Module

Click New

Then Click Save

Enter the values (red indicatedtextbox are required)

On Parts Required Tab

Select parts and click Add

Enter the Cost then the Parts tobe added

Select if the requested parts iscoming from Stock orWork Order

When the supplier replies, Open thismodule again and enter the cost

and quantity they submitted

Issue a Site PO New Site PO Window will appear

Open Site PO Module

Click New

Enter the values (red indicatedtextbox are required)

On Parts Ordered Tab

Add the Parts to order, Click Add Parts

Select on the list of Parts

Then Clickthis button

Click OK, afterinserting parts

Click Save, if allinformation are

entered

Create a Packing List (POOR BOY)

New PB Packing List Window will appear

Open Poor Boy Module

Click New

Select the Poor Boy and enterShip Date

Select a part, then Click Add

Enter the Qty and Notes of Part

Then Click OK

Click Save, if allinformation are

entered
