Introduction

The UCF College of Medicine, unlike the other Florida state medical schools, was not founded to meet the demand for more doctors but rather to be the anchor tenant for a new medical citythat would bring a new industry to Central Florida and provide economic impact for the state.The dean has worked with Tavistock to recruit partners to Lake Nona over the last 10 years.
