Isolated Direct Drive Spindle Systemis designed to isolate heat source and to minimize thermal displacement, providing accuracy and longer spindlelifespan.

Without the use of transmissionbelt or gear, spindle is driven by direct-coupled motor offering lower noise, less back gap, and less vibration during operation. Spindle tool pulling force is 1200kgf or 11760N.

Rotary Table single swivel B- and C-axis is equipped with encoder to ensure precision machining during 5-axis synchronized processing. Maximum table load is 300kg.

Hydraulic braking system is used on bothB- and C-axis offering high reliability. Tailstock supporting the rotary table ensures precision under heavy load.

B-axis tilting table at +110 degree and -50 degree.

Access door on the side provides easy loading/unloading of tools. Arm-type 32T tool changer offering fast tool to tool change at 5 seconds.
