– Returning students in good standing– Seniors –Juniors-Sophomores-Freshmen– Able to work in a group w/o constant supervision– Able to do Squats & Power Clean & Jerk in class

during the semester– Attended Speed & Strength Camp– In Season School Athlete/Out of season Athlete– In Lottery picks when class is full
