FitBulbChange – What you need
1. A light bulb.
2. A 2-step chair/bench

FitBulbChange – Preparation
1. Identify light bulb which needs changing.
2. Switch off electricity for that respective light bulb.
3. Position 2-step chair firmly, 30 to 40 cm away from directly underneath the light bulb.
4. Wear comfortable clothing, which will not restrain your moves.
5. Put on some rhythmic music (favorite workout song will do).

FitBulbChange – ACTION!
1. Start with the left foot on the first step of the chair and the right 50 cm away.
2. With a firm but controlled move climb with the right on the top step.
3. Bring the left up now, with the knee up to your chest.
4. Keep it up and unscrew/screw the light bulb half a rotation.
5. Bring the left back onto the first step, then climb down to the floor.
6. Switch legs, putting the right leg up on the first step, then doing all the moves above.
7. Continue until bulb is replaced, switching legs at each move.
