Phase 2 (Sanctuary renovation) Financial Package The cost of this proposed project is approximately $600,000. The financing of this project will be accomplished by designating $365,000 of the Veldhuizen gift to the Building Fund and $8,792 from a designated Vande Krol annuity. The current bal-ance of the Building fund ($50,291.78) will be applied to the balance of $226,983 leaving $175,917 as an outstanding balance on the remaining project. We will use funds from the General church account ($175,917) to pay down the difference until funds are raised through our Building Fund to pay back the General account. Bottom line, the congregation is being asked to fund $175,917 of the project. If Phase 2 does not pass, $180,000 still will be paid to the Building fund from the Veldhuizen gift to pay for needed repairs to the current church facility.

Veldhuizen Gift $365,000

Vande Krol Annuity $8,792

Building Fund $50,291

Congregational Responsibility $175,917

Approximate Cost of Project $600,000
