F INANC IA L REPORT

On Tuesday evening, July 8th, First Presbyterian Church presented the 17th Annual Mid- Summer Night’s Sing to a full audience of members, neighbors, and friends throughout our community. The event paid special tribute to our country with numerous patriotic songs done as solos, and with audience participation, as well as many familiar hymns that everyone sang with joy.

The main focus of the evening was CCMI and the needy in our community.

Special thanks to Sam Galloway, Jr. for sponsoring this annual event and providing an opportunity for people to fellowship together, learn about the needs of CCMI, and contribute to CCMI with canned food donations and a

free will offering during the performance.

Special thanks to our music department and our community choir guests for

making the evening a wonderful experience for all to remember.

Musical Guests: The Spiritual Voices, The Sun-Sations, Michael Broyles

FPC Soloists: Beverly Cox, Beth Filiowich, Lalai Hamric

Special thanks to: Bill Filiowich, Lenny Mlejnek, Doug Molloy, Mike Pcolar

Special thanks to: Eddygrace Bernhard, Barbara Peterson, Roger Peterson

Special thanks to our ushers for the evening: Richard Chappelle, Captain Roseanne Constantinople, Harriet Hart, Lemuel Lawrence, Nancy Whitman

and Steve & Jan Culbertson who helped after the event with cleanup.
