Such subjects require special and unclassical innovative methods of teaching and learning. One of these methods is blended learning, which has been adopted in Taylor’s University five years ago. Blended learning may combine and align learning undertaken in face-to-face sessions with learning opportunities created online. For this method to succeed, tools are needed to enhance students’ learning and lecturers’ teaching. TIMES is one of these tools. One of our lecturers in the SoE, Dr. Abdulkareem Sh. Mahdi Al-Obaidi, successfully implemented blended learning using TIMES in his course, Engineering Mathematics 1. Utilizing TIMES, he managed the online quizzes, video recordings, and attendance quizzes to significantly enhance the learning experience of first year first semester students.
