Symbols
• The minimum password length
is eight characters

Step 4. Verify your
identity
(i.e. Passport photo page)
Step 5. Upload your individual photo
Tips for you:
No hat or other non-religious head coverings
No sunglasses
No reflection on glasses
No shadows over your face or red eyes
Use a plain or light coloured background
Coloured photo (no black and white or grey
photo)
Step 6. Verify that your ID
name and postal address are
correct

To check your attendance record,
please send an email to
student.admin@monashcollege.
edu.au from your Monash Email
Account.
If you are absent from classes due
to a medical reason:
1. visit a doctor / medical centre to
examine your condition
2. ask for Medical Certificate
3. complete the Absence Form
4. submit it together with a copy of
the Medical Certificate to
Student Administration at the
Reception on your campus or via
5. you must keep a copy of the
Medical Certificate for yourself

warning about fee
payment, please
make sure you make
any overdue
payments on time
to avoid being
BLOCKED.
Your Monash access will become BLOCKED if
you do not:
• Pay your fees on time (by the due date)
• Pay your library fines
• Pay outstanding campus / homestay
accommodation fees / guardianship fee, etc.
If your Monash access is BLOCKED:
× You won’t have access to Monash facilities
× Your timetable access will be blocked
× You won’t receive any academic documents
× You are not complying with your student visa
conditions
