Low temperature soldering
• Soldering on printed silver circuit path
is not possible because the curcuit
dissolves into the soldering point
A kind of barrier layer is needed to avoid
dissolving
Elmeric has developed a low-temperature-
process, whereby soldering on printed
silver circuits is possible
The low-temperature-process allows to use
PET-Foils and many other materials.
