JOB DESCRIPTION : Preparation of whole project shop drawings by using AutoCAD & Revit Architecture Preparation of Interior and exterior of Commercial & Residential Buildings in Revit Architecture Visualizing 3D Renders and preparing presentation to the clients ‐Analyse, implement and review the structures, design plans and drawings Design structural architects i.e. construction cost, technical requirements, sustainability, Suitability and quality Working with Survey Data Managing the site (Team was consist of labours) Reviewing the full shop drawings for interior & exterior projects Preparation of Revit models to output high quality drawings. Revisions to reflect architectural changes Delivering assigned tasks on time Analyse, implement and review the structures, design plans and drawings. Review the documentation for regulatory approvals and contract issues. Prepare drawings, reports and specifications. Communicate with clients and sub‐consultants, Engineers foreman and gangers to ensure full understanding of information provided. Check the works are completed as required by the specification COMPUTER PROFICIENCY: Well versed with the use of Internet & E- mail, MS Windows 98 & XP, MS Office - MS Excel, Ms Word, and MS Power Point. Freehand sketching, Photoshop.
