• Sharing: INFN/CERN/UCL ≡ 45%/45%/10%

• Fabrication of detectors must be grouped to organize the process efficiently.

• The MOF covers the common Operation and maintenance cost as specified in the MoU.

• The sub-system maintenance cost are generally low, but a small percentage of capital investment (≈ 2%) should be foreseen to maintain optimal performance of the detectors.
