Notification to OLT
• We will be sending the names of applicants and their projects to the OLT on 18 February
• Lyn will be emailing you on 15 February to get final details from you

The DVCA needs to be able to certify…
• Meets the eligibility criteria as specified in– 2013 program and operational information, and
application instruction
• Complies with the relevant – program and operational information, and applications
instructions
• If successful the ANU agrees to abide by the terms of the funding agreement
• ANU will notify OLT of changes in the project leader’s circumstances

• Arrange Letters of Support from other institutions• Finalising your Grant workshops
– Either 11 or 12 February
• College RO, by 13 February 2013 complete and submit the final application and the Authority to Apply for External Funding (For all applications other than an EOI)
• EOI direct to CHELT by 15 February 2013

Uploading your application to OLT
• CHELT will get your signed letter of endorsement back to you over the weekend of 23-24 Feb
• Lodge your endorsed grant or EOI either:– in conjunction with a CHELT staff member via the OLT
grants portal (Arrange a time for 25 Feb)– Yourself via OLT grants portal - download guidelines
from OLT website

• We will forward a pdf copy of your full application, Authority to Apply, signed letter of endorsement to your College/Central Research Office and your Associate Dean (Ed)
