Digital and Devices

Fills out specific paperwork about each case for each animal that is brought to the shelter

No security system currently exists to keep track of break-ins to the center. Employees take their own photos and information of questionable visitors.

(Back Stage)

Employees Volunteers work for service and labor

Animals are brought by animal control (HK PAWS), previous owners. Drop off pens are used for after hours. There are problems with theft in the drop-off pens.

Volunteers take picture of the animals or hire volunteer photographers.

Data Paperwork, different kinds of paperwork must be filled out for each case takes up a log of time and space. It is not unusual for paperwork to get lost over time.

Sometimes information is posted online to social media websites in order for rescue organizations to come and pick up the animals.
