Annotated Bibliography Checklist

Did you remember to:

o Write your own thesis statement?

o Find internet articles and/or other sources that support your Capstone research?

o Find at least ONE article from a library database?

o Identify all source elements (title, author, publication date, etc.) as best as you can?

o Write citations for each article in proper MLA format (with correct punctuation)?

o Paraphrase or summarize the main ideas or key points for each article?

o NOT PLAGIARIZE? Make sure your words are your own!

o Include printed copies of ALL articles? You MUST include copies of your articles to

receive credit for your sources. You do not need to include copies of sources that are

print or interviews.
