ABOUT OUR FIRM

ISIMEK was established in 2002 as an engineering and contracting firm and grew and

institutionalized in the course of time; the firm with its personnel over 100 in number

manufactures Boilers, Heat Power Stations, Industrial Facilities, Pressure Vessels and

Contracting Works on turn-key basis both for national and international markets at a plant having

indoor area of 2.000 m² and, as such, it significantly contributes to the national economy and

continue to be one of the leading manufacturers in Turkey.

Holding the mission to contribute to the raising targets of Turkey with its expert, young,

dynamic and trained staff in their fields, ISIMEK has become a competitive and well-established

firm in the heating sector with high investment power and responsive to the changes quickly and

properly.

ISIMEK considers the understanding of real competition not in the products and

technologies, but rather in the performance models in doing the works. Standing out with its real

reforms in the fields of production, distribution, after-sale service and general management,

ISIMEK has not only raised the standards in Turkey, but also concentrated on export in recent

years. Today ISEMEK exports to more than 10 countries, primarily Russia, Ukraine, Algeria,

Lebanon, Afghanistan and Turkic Republics.

TRAINING

In the scope of the training activities for 2014, training schedules have been designed and

implemented by the training department of our firm to ensure that our personnel develop their

knowledge and skills, follow technological changes, have access to the information quickly and

work at a reliable and safe workplace.

These trainings include technical trainings, quality management system trainings,

motivation and communication trainings and health and safety at work trainings.

Additionally, orientation trainings are organized by our company for new engineers and

administrative personnel.

Rework or repair of construction works as tendered by ministries and government

agencies attached to them, public economic enterprises, economic state organizations,

public economic organizations, public departments, local administrations, municipalities,

building cooperatives and private organizations at home and abroad; make bids, perform,

if awarded with the contract, all kinds of mechanical, electric, installation and

constructions works and purchase, sale and sale of all associated equipment and

materials on turnkey basis and cause them to be performed.

PROJECTS

Raise awareness that waste heat is a renewable energy source for research and

development of methods to turn waste heat of Thermal Power Station into benefit and

implementation of them to heat buildings and make efforts to spread nationwide the

methods to efficiently use heat energy.

Perform project studies for renewal of the obsolete technologies of the thermal power

stations which are centers for electric energy in our country.

Our firm researches compliance of the materials used in the manufacturing with the

technical specifications and standards in line with the general purpose and policies and principle

of efficiency and cause physical and chemical tests necessary for quality control to be inspected

by the laboratories of the leading organizations in Turkey.
