filling and packaging equipment for a wide variety of chemical and non
chemical fluids, such as paints, lacquers, varnishes, hardeners, wood
preservers, adhesives, rust removers, solvents, thinners, tile adhesives,
wood pastes, detergents, lube oils, margarines, mayonnaise, food
sauces, hand soaps,…
The company has been in business for over 70 years and has important
references in more than 80 countries. In the paint & coatings industry
De Vree is considered to be the leading manufacturer of fully automatic
filling equipment for small containers that give the highest priority to
flexibility, quick size changes and short cleaning times. Some of our
machines are also being used in the food industry. De Vree supplies
to both multinational companies and to smaller or medium sized
businesses.
Over the years, we have continuously modernized our machinery
and introduced new technology like closed selfcleaning hoppers for
solventbased products, pneumatic butterfly valves for improved suction
speeds of heavy duty products, ‘wheel in – wheel out’ dosing units for
off line cleaning, servo driven dosing mechanisms, fully plc controlled
machines for fast automatic size change-overs etc.
Whether a volumetric or gravimetric filling machine is chosen is subject
to various factors such as the type of product that needs to be filled,
the type of container that needs to be handled, the desired degree
of automation, the filling output/minute etc. More than 90% of our
customers use volumetric filling machines. Volumetric filling offers a
number of advantages over gravimetric filling: it is much faster, more
flexible and, given the right circumstances, can be more accurate
than weight filling. De Vree offers both volumetric and weight filling
machines, as well as alternative filling methods, such as combinations of
volumetric and weight filling, filling with mass flow meters etc.
From planning to commissioning, we assume full responsibility for the
systems we produce. With over 70 years of experience, De Vree can
rely on a wealth of customer feedback for constant machine and project
improvements.

Semi automatic volume filler type Vreebase DU01, fully pneumatically operated, with dosing mechanism suitable for fills between 0.1l and 5l in one dosing shot, lid presser for press lids and flat presenting table with manual height adjustment.

Filling machine type Vreebase DU02 with dosing mechanism suitable for fills between 0.5l and 20l in one dosing shot, adjustable in height, and presenting table designed as a 1 m long non driven conveyor mounted at a fixed height.
Filling machine type 2000 with closed filling head, 2-stage filling actuator for coarse and fine filling, electronic weighing system (available in both explosionproof and non explosionproof design) and pump for the product infeed. In standard design, the filling method is above level filling. Subject to the type of product, below bunghole or submerged filling methods are also available.
Filling machine type Vreefill with hopper, 1-stage filling actuator, 2 mechanical scales with counterweights, a “B”-scale with weighing capacity between 0.1kg and 15kgs and a “C”-scale with weighing capacity between 5kg and 50kgs. Design with lid presser for press lids.
Filling machine type 232 with closed filling head, 2-stage filling actuator for coarse and fine filling, electronic weighing system (available in both explosionproof and non explosionproof design), non driven conveyor at the filling position and mini transport system to bring the filled containers au-tomatically to the lid closer station. The lid closer station can handle both press lids and crimp lids. In standard design, the filling method is above level filling. Subject to the type of product, below bunghole or submerged filling methods are also available.

Fully automatic volumetric filling machine type V230i-Twin with two 20l dosing units suitable to fill metal and plastic pails with volumes between 0.5l and 20l in one shot. The two dosing units can be used to separate non-compatible products or for higher speeds if e.g. 50% of the pail is filled with the first head and 50% with the second head.
Fully plc controlled filling machine type V301-Trin with 3 closed filling heads, the first two of which have a 1-stage filling actuator for coarse filling and the third head with 2-stage filling actuator for coarse and fine fill.
